Don't panic – this can happen due to a temporary technical glitch. First, check your e-wallet or bank account transaction history to confirm whether the funds were actually deducted. Then, check your alibets365 account balance – the deposit may have gone through successfully even if you received an error message. Withdrawal

6 questions

Log in to your alibets365 account, go to the "Wallet" or "Finance" section and select "Withdrawal". Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum RM 30), choose your withdrawal method (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay or FPX to a Malaysian bank account), enter your recipient account details and confirm the request. The name on the recipient account must match the name on your alibets365 account for smooth processing.

The minimum withdrawal at alibets365 is RM 30. There is no standard maximum withdrawal limit for regular players, although VIP players enjoy higher limits. No processing fees apply to standard withdrawals. Important note: all withdrawals must pass KYC verification for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding RM 5,000.

Standard withdrawals at alibets365 are processed within 5–15 minutes directly to your e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay). Withdrawals to a bank account via FPX may take 1–3 hours depending on your bank. Withdrawals that require a KYC review may take 1–2 business days. If your withdrawal has not arrived after 24 hours, contact support@alibets365.net with your transaction ID and we will look into it.

Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons: (1) It is your first withdrawal – KYC verification is required. (2) The amount exceeds RM 5,000 – additional review is needed. (3) The name on your payment method does not match the name on your alibets365 account. (4) You have an active bonus with an incomplete rollover requirement. (5) The recipient account details you entered are incomplete or incorrect. Contact support@alibets365.net with your transaction ID to find out the exact cause and resolution.

Withdrawal cancellations may be possible if the request is still in "Pending" status and has not yet been processed. Log in to your alibets365 account, go to Finance > Withdrawal History, and check whether a "Cancel" option appears next to the transaction. If no cancel option is visible, processing has already begun and you will need to contact our support team at support@alibets365.net as soon as possible.

If you have an active bonus with an incomplete rollover requirement, making a withdrawal may result in that bonus being cancelled before the withdrawal can be processed. All alibets365 bonus rollover terms are clearly stated before you accept any bonus. You may decline a bonus before activating it if you do not intend to meet the rollover requirements. For specific enquiries about your bonus status, contact support@alibets365.net.

Bonus & Promotions

6 questions

After successfully registering an alibets365 account and log in, navigate to the Promotions section and activate the 100% First Deposit Bonus offer. Make your first deposit using Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay or FPX. The bonus is credited automatically — deposit RM 500, receive an additional RM 500 bonus, giving you RM 1,000 in total to play with. A 20x rollover requirement applies within 30 days on slots and Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50.

Rollover is the total amount you need to wager before you can withdraw your bonus funds. Here's an example: you receive a bonus of RM 200 with a 20x rollover requirement. This means you need to place bets totalling 20 × RM 200 = RM 4,000 before a withdrawal is allowed. Bets placed on slot games and sports bets with minimum odds of 1.50 count in full towards the rollover. Check the Welcome Bonus for the full terms of each promotion.

Active alibets365 players are eligible for a 10% cashback every Monday, calculated on net losses (total losses minus total wins) from the previous week (Monday–Sunday). Maximum cashback is RM 300. There is no rollover requirement on cashback — it is credited directly to your withdrawable balance. To qualify, you must have a minimum betting activity during the relevant week. Cashback is credited every Monday before noon.

Invite your friends to register at alibets365 using your personal referral code, which can be found in the Profile section of your account. Once your friend successfully registers, makes a minimum first deposit of RM 50 and completes a 5x rollover, you will receive RM 50 bonus credits. There is no limit on the number of friends you can refer. Referral bonuses are credited within 48 hours after the referred friend meets the qualifying conditions.

If the bonus rollover requirement is not completed within the specified period (typically 30 days for the alibets365 welcome bonus), any remaining bonus balance in your account will be automatically forfeited. Winnings generated from a fully wagered bonus balance may be retained, depending on the specific bonus terms. Your original deposit balance will not be affected — only the bonus balance will be forfeited. Always review the full terms of each bonus before activating it.

The alibets365 VIP Programme rewards loyal players with benefits that grow as you level up. VIP perks include: higher withdrawal limits, better cashback rates, a personalised birthday bonus in MYR, early access to exclusive promotions, a dedicated Malay-speaking account manager, more flexible deposit limits, and invitations to limited-time offers. Your VIP level is calculated based on your total active wagering and is updated automatically every month.

Yes, most video slots at alibets365 offer a demo (free play) mode that lets you try a game without using real money. Note: Live Casino games do not have a demo mode as they involve real dealers.

Yes, alibets365 offers a wide selection of progressive jackpot slots from leading providers. Progressive jackpots accumulate from player bets across the provider's network, making the potential prizes extremely large. Sports Betting

5 questions

alibets365 offers over 30 sports to bet on: Football – Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League. Badminton – BWF World Tour, Thomas Cup and Uber Cup. E-Sports – Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), Valorant, Dota 2, CS:GO. Other Sports – NBA, tennis Grand Slams, Formula 1, golf, boxing, and more. Pre-match and in-play betting (wagering while the match is live) are available for most sports.

alibets365 uses Decimal (European) Odds format, which is the easiest to understand. Example: odds of 2.50 means that for every RM 100 you wager, you receive RM 250 if you win (including your RM 100 stake, giving a net profit of RM 150). Formula: Profit = (Odds × Stake) – Stake. Higher odds mean a lower chance of winning but a bigger payout. Visit the Match Odds for the latest odds.

In-play betting (also known as live betting) lets you place bets while a match is in progress – not just before it starts. Odds are updated in real time based on how the match is unfolding. For example, if a Malaysia Super League football match is underway and the score is 0-0 at the 60th minute, you can bet on which team will score next, with odds that more accurately reflect both teams' current form and performance.

If a match is cancelled, postponed (and not resumed within 48 hours), or cannot be completed for any reason, alibets365 will void all bets related to that match and return the full stake to your account balance. This happens automatically within 24–48 hours after the official cancellation decision is announced. For parlay (accumulator) bets, any voided selection will be counted as odds of 1.00 (push).

A parlay bet combines two or more selections into a single wager — all selections must win for you to receive a payout. Odds are multiplied by combining the odds of each selection. For example: pick 3 matches with odds of 1.80, 2.10 and 1.95 — the parlay odds would be 1.80 × 2.10 × 1.95 = 7.37. The risk is higher, but so is the potential payout. On alibets365, select your bets, click "Add to Bet Ticket" for each selection, then choose "Parlay" as the bet type in your bet ticket and enter your stake.
