Important Message: Online gaming is entertainment – it should be fun and not disrupt your daily life. If you feel gaming is becoming a problem, reach out to the alibets365 team at support@alibets365.net. We are here to help, without any judgment.
Responsible gaming means engaging in online gaming activities — whether casino games, slots, Live Casino, or Sports Betting — in a controlled, informed manner that does not negatively impact your daily life, personal relationships, or finances.
At alibets365, we believe that good gaming is gaming done with a clear head: you know your limits, you play with money you can afford to lose, and you know when to stop. Responsible gaming isn't about not playing at all — it's about playing smart.
As an online casino and Sports Betting platform serving Malaysian players, alibets365 takes our social responsibility seriously. We understand that easy access to online gaming via smartphone — whether you're watching the Malaysia Super League, EPL, or BWF badminton — can pose risks for some players. That is why responsible gaming sits at the core of how we operate, not as an afterthought.
alibets365 Principles of Healthy Gaming:
✓ Play for entertainment, not as a source of income
✓ Set a budget before playing and stick to it
✓ Never chase losses — every game is independent
✓ Take regular breaks during your gaming sessions
✓ Avoid playing when you are emotionally unstable or under stress
✓ Deposit via Touch 'n Go or DuitNow using a pre-planned amount
It is important to recognise the early signs before gaming develops into a more serious problem. Here are warning signals to watch for in yourself or someone you care about:
Using money set aside for daily necessities such as bills and food to play
Borrowing money or selling assets to fund gaming
Constantly thinking about gaming even while at work or with family
Increasing bet sizes to get the same thrill (tolerance)
Chasing losses — continuing to play in an attempt to win back money you've lost
Lying to family members or friends about your gambling activity
Feeling anxious, irritable, or uncomfortable when unable to play
Neglecting work, family, or social responsibilities due to gaming
If you identify two or more of the signs above in yourself, it is a good time to speak with the alibets365 team or seek professional support. Recognising a problem early is a brave and wise step.
Alibets365 provides a range of self-control tools accessible directly from your account settings. All tools are free, easy to use, and take effect immediately or within a short specified period:
Set a maximum deposit amount via Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay, or FPX within your chosen time period. Limits take effect immediately. A 72-hour review period applies for any limit increases.
Set a maximum net loss limit for a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once this limit is reached, you will not be able to place new bets until the limit period resets.
Set a maximum session duration for your play. alibets365's system will send you a reminder 15 minutes before the limit is reached and automatically log you out once it is.
Hide your account balance display while playing to reduce money-related stress and help you stay focused on your set limits.
Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During this period, you will not be able to log in, make deposits, or place bets on alibets365.
Close your account permanently and request that alibets365 not accept any application to reopen it for a minimum period of 12 months. This option cannot be reversed immediately.
To activate any of the control tools above, log in to your alibets365 account and navigate to Settings > Responsible Gaming. If you need help, contact us at support@alibets365.net or via live chat.
Setting a deposit limit is one of the most effective steps you can take to manage your gaming spending. alibets365 makes the process as straightforward as possible. Follow the steps below:
Log in to your account via smartphone or computer. Make sure you are on a secure internet connection.
Click the profile icon at the top of the platform, then select "Settings" or "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
In the settings menu, look for the "Responsible Gaming" or "Limits & Controls" section. All self-control tools are available here.
Choose a limit type (deposit / loss / time), select a period (daily / weekly / monthly), and enter the amount in MYR. For example, a weekly deposit limit of RM 200 or a monthly loss limit of RM 500.
Confirm your limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 72-hour waiting period as an added safety measure to protect you.
Not sure what limit suits you? A quick guide: your weekly deposit limit should not exceed 2% of your monthly income. If you earn RM 5,000 a month, a safe weekly limit is around RM 100. Remember – gaming is entertainment, not an investment.
Sometimes the best way to stay in a healthy relationship with gaming is to step back. alibets365 fully supports your decision to take a break, whether for a few days or permanently.
