01Eligibility to Use alibets365

The alibets365 platform is open only to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. By accessing or using any part of the alibets365 platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the conditions below:

• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout the period of use of the alibets365 platform.
• You are acting as a private individual on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You are not currently on any self-exclusion list or subject to a ban under any responsible gaming programme.
• Your use of alibets365's services does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not using illegally obtained funds to make deposits or place bets at alibets365.

02Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to have one (1) account at alibets365. Opening more than one account, whether under your own identity or someone else's, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and a valid Malaysian phone number. alibets365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit.

• The name on your alibets365 account must match the name on the payment method used.
• Your email address must be active and accessible to you – important communications are sent via email.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• All activity that occurs within your account is deemed to be your own action.

03Deposit & Payment Methods

Alibets365 accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysian payment methods for player convenience. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction.
• There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, limits may be applied to specific accounts based on risk assessment.
• All deposits are processed instantly and credited directly to your alibets365 account balance.
• Alibets365 does not accept deposits in the form of cash, cheques, international wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes and must not be used as a mechanism for transferring money.
• Alibets365 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected to be linked to fraud or money laundering.

The payment method you use for deposits must be in your own name. alibets365 does not permit deposits from third-party credit cards or bank accounts. If there is a name mismatch between your alibets365 account and the payment method, we reserve the right to place your withdrawal on hold until identity verification is completed.

04Winnings Withdrawal

Alibets365 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. Your winnings belong to you, and we ensure the withdrawal process is as straightforward as possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes to a Malaysian e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay).
• Withdrawals via FPX to a bank account may take up to 1 business day, depending on the bank's operating schedule.
• Alibets365 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals.
• First withdrawal or withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 may require KYC document verification.
• Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fulfilled.

Alibets365 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if suspicious activity, a terms violation, or an ongoing investigation is detected. In such cases, the player will be contacted via their registered email within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals that cannot be processed due to inaccurate information are the player's responsibility.

05Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Alibets365 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each bonus is subject to specific terms that must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

• 100% First Deposit Bonus up to RM 1,000: 20x rollover within 30 days. Only bets with minimum odds of 1.50 (for sports) or slots games qualify towards the rollover requirement.
• 10% Weekly Cashback: Credited every Monday, up to a maximum of RM 300. Cashback carries no rollover requirement.
• Daily Odds Boost: Applies to one selected match per day. The maximum stake for boosted odds is specified in each offer.
• RM 50 Referral Bonus: Credited after the referred friend makes a minimum first deposit of RM 50 and completes a 5x rollover.

Alibets365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonus abuse – including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or low-risk betting strategies used solely to meet rollover requirements – may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

06Sports Betting – Rules & Policy

The alibets365 Sports Betting section operates in accordance with international sports betting industry standards, with adjustments made for the Malaysian context. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting at alibets365:

• All accepted bets are final once the bet slip has been confirmed by the alibets365 system.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, all bets will be voided and stakes returned to players.
• For matches postponed and resumed within 48 hours, bets remain valid unless otherwise stated.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply, even if the odds subsequently change.

In the event of a dispute regarding a match result, alibets365 uses reputable sports news sources and official data from the relevant sporting body as the definitive reference. Decisions made by the alibets365 review team are final and binding.

07Casino Games – Terms & Rules

All casino games offered by alibets365 – including video slots, Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, and live casino games – operate under the following terms:

• All casino games use an independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure random and fair outcomes.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each slots game is available in the game information. alibets365 does not modify the RTP as set by the game provider.
• All Live Casino sessions are recorded. These recordings are used to resolve any technical disputes.

09Account Suspension & Closure

If an account is closed for reasons that do not involve a breach of terms, any remaining account balance (minus any bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method within 10 business days.

10Liability Limits & Disclaimer
