SecuritySecuring Your alibets365 Account
Alibets365 uses robust security layers to protect your account – but account security is a shared responsibility. Here are the best practices we recommend to all Malaysian players:
- Use a strong and unique password: A strong password combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid reusing passwords from other accounts such as your email or online banking.
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): After logging in, go to Account Settings and enable 2FA. With 2FA active, every login attempt requires an additional verification code sent to your phone – even if someone knows your password, they still can't access your account without that code.
- Never share your login details: alibets365 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If anyone requests your alibets365 account password, it's a scam – report it to us immediately.
- Log out after every session: This is especially important when using a device that is not yours, or connecting via public WiFi at a café, shopping mall, or airport.
- Review your account activity regularly: After logging in to alibets365, review your login history under the security settings section. If you notice any activity you do not recognise, change your password immediately and contact us.
- Keep your device up to date: Up-to-date operating systems and browsers include the latest security patches that protect you from current cyber threats when using alibets365.
alibets365 Security Notice: We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all communication between your browser and alibets365's servers. This means your login credentials are transmitted in encrypted form and cannot be intercepted by third parties while in transit.

Troubleshootingalibets365 Login Issues & How to Fix Them
If you're having trouble logging in to your alibets365 account, don't worry – most login issues are easy to fix. Here are the most common causes and their solutions:
- Incorrect password: Make sure Caps Lock is not active on your keyboard. Try typing your password slowly, or use the show password option to confirm what you are entering. If the issue persists, use the "Forgot Password?" option to reset it.
- Username or email not recognised: Try entering your username if you used your email, or vice versa. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the text you've typed. Double-check the spelling carefully.
- Account temporarily locked: For your security, alibets365 temporarily locks your account after several failed login attempts. Wait 30 minutes before trying again, or contact our support team to unlock your account sooner after identity verification.
- Browser or cache issue: Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, or log in using incognito mode. If that works, your old browser cache was likely causing the problem.
- Unstable internet connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Try switching between WiFi and mobile data to determine whether the issue is network-related.
- Account suspended: If your account has been suspended for any reason – including your own self-exclusion request – you will not be able to log in. Contact support@alibets365.net for more information about your account status.
If you've tried all the steps above and still can't log in to alibets365, our Malay-speaking support team is available 24 hours a day. Reach us via live chat or email support@alibets365.net with a detailed description of your issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
